Move Over Dr. Phil and Dr. Ruth....
Join us in our spiritual quest for more awareness on how to love one another.
The well-tailored women in Dr. Pat Allen's
Therapeutic Theater flock seem to have it all. Problem is, they've
got nobody with whom to share it. They're confused and abused by love. So they've lined up to hear psychotherapist-author
Pat Allen field questions about love, sex and relating every
Monday night in Los Angeles and every
Wednesday night in Orange County.
"Men can't think and feel at the same time," Allen
jibes. "So when we're having a good time on a date, we know it right
away. We think the man's been on the date with us. Truth is, it
may take six to eight weeks for him to distill the experience and call
us back. It's like a boa constrictor feeding off one mouse for a
week."
Allen started her therapeutic shtick in Orange
County, California over 30 years ago and has been gathering an
ever-growing following ever since. She uses a blend of humor and
outrageousness to cut through the psychobabble. Sex without commitment
is foolish, she assures us, though sex for money is okay —
as long as both parties are in agreement. A relationship doesn't
dissolve; it discombobulates. The penis a magic wand. And the
women (and a sprinkling of men) howl at her frankness.

Honest communication is essential to the health of any intimate relationship. Every month, Dr. Pat Allen teaches the secrets to a satisfying and rewarding sexual relationship in a 2-hour class applying the principles developed in her system of WANT® Training for Effective Living, a unique and patented system for personal growth success through the use of authentic communication techniques. Androgynous Semantic Realignment (ASR)®, a cognitive behavioral modification technique, can repair your negative language habits. Because we think with words, changing those words changes the way we think, and directly affects the way we experience our lives. And the principles of Pat's Amigo Talk® will allow you to develop a closer, more intimate relationship with the persons you love and care about.
With clear, concise lessons Dr. Pat Allen will train you how to use words as tools:
• To get what you want out of life and your relationships
• To communicate lovingly to the people you love, and to everyone else
• To confront men and women in a respectful-cherishing way
• To achieve fundamental self-esteem and restore good physical and mental health
And she gives you her promises that, "You can drive yourself sane using the same tools used to drive us crazy every day... words."
