Pat is considered one of the organization's top educational resources for executive leadership training. Pat guest-starred on another television episode, TV Land's PRIME reality series "First Love Second Chance" that reunites former flames to see if they can they find the spark to rekindle their romance. In this season-one story, middle-aged skateboarder Chris tracks down his old girlfriend, former carefree California girl Hollis and asks Dr. Pat Allen for some pointers on not botching things this time. You see, as teenagers the two fell head over heels in love, but the relationship hit the rocks when Chris couldn't resist the temptations that came with celebrity.
When the pair is reunited 25 years later, Hollis is now a professional writer while Chris is still into his skateboarding but has sobered up to adult responsibilities and feels willing to make a commitment.
